The Glovers travel to the Kingfield Stadium this Saturday (3pm), looking to return to winning ways.

After back-to-back league draws, Town have slipped to third, and will be looking for a victory to climb back up the table.

However, Darren Sarll will be able to call on the services of top scorer Rhys Murphy, who had his red card rescinded this week.

Most recently the hosts, Woking were dismantled by Wrexham, losing 3-0 at the Racecourse Ground.

Head-to-head

Earlier this season, Town produced a stellar performance at Huish Park to defeat Woking 3-1. Three first half goals from Jimmy Smith and a Rhys Murphy double gave the green and whites an unassailable lead before Ibrahim Meite scored a consolation in spectacular fashion.

Prior to October’s clash at Huish Park, we had not clashed with Woking in competitive action since March 2003, when Town were held to a 1-1 draw away from home.

Beforehand, the most recent meeting was in-fact a pre-season friendly in 2005, where the Glovers ran out 2-0 victors thanks to goals from David Poole and Luciano Alvarez.

Woking have lost four of their last five matches. They have let in 15 goals in that run, scoring only four times.

Two goals from top scorer Rhys Murphy saw the Glovers win 3-1 against Woking in their last meeting back in October.

Third place Yeovil have scored 56 goals this season, a stat only bettered by leaders Barrow.

Officials

The man in the middle on Saturday will be Gary Parsons, taking charge of his third Yeovil match of the season. Parsons recently gave Gold Omotayo his marching orders when the Glovers beat Halifax at Huish Park.

Michael Begley and Scott Williams will be the linesmen with Craig Green acting as fourth official.
