Manager Gary Johnson he is looking forward to the start of the 2014/15 campaign after the fixtures were released earlier.

Speaking with ytfc.net after the fixture release this morning Gary said: "I can not wait to get started now. We pretty much start off with a double header against Gillingham. One team could be really happy after knocking the other out of the cup and then taking the three points on the Saturday.

"We have Doncaster Rovers at home to start with followed by Scunthorpe United and then we play Barnsley. Two of those fixtures were Championship games last season and with Scunthorpe coming up it will be a good test for us in the first three home games.

"One of the stand out games is the local derby against Bristol City at Ashton Gate on Boxing Day. I am really looking forward to returning there over the busy Christmas period.

"Naturally one of the first games I looked out for was Oldham. At least myself and Lee do not have to worry about that fixture until December!"
