13th September 2019

With the Coasters only founded in 1988, the National League encounter will be a historic fixture with the hosts also looking to reach a further milestone.

With three straight wins to their name, Darren Sarll’s side will be gunning for a fourth consecutive league win for the first time since the 2015/16 campaign (pictured below).

Notts County, Sutton United and FC Halifax Town have all been dispatched in recent weeks to lift the green and whites into the play-off spots.

Looking to carry on their momentum the Glovers will be up against a Fylde side struggling for form without a win in their last six outings.

After reaching the play-off final last season, Dave Challinor’s side have struggled for early season success.

Head-to-head

Whoever comes out on top at Huish Park will claim the first-ever victory between the two sides.

With the green and whites dropping out of the EFL following a 16-year stay last season, the Coasters have travelled in the opposite direction, rising through the non-league ranks.

Officials

Savvas Yianni will be the man in the middle on Saturday.

Taking charge of his fifth National League match of the season, Mr Yianni has awarded 17 yellow cards so far.

He’ll be assisted by Marcus Carmichael and Craig Green with Ryan Saward acting as fourth official.
