A win or a draw against Plymouth Argyle, regardless of the added point up for grabs via a penalty shootout, would be enough for the Glovers to progress as Group D winners.
If that were to happen, it would mean a knockout tie against AFC Wimbledon at Huish Park.
Providing Chelsea Under-21s lose at Exeter City, a Plymouth victory would mean Yeovil would finish in second and a trip to MK Dons would lie in wait.
Last season, Darren Way’s side defeated the Dons on their way to the quarter-finals of the competition.
Winger Rhys Browne will serve a one-match ban, but Sid Nelson is available due to his suspension only covering Sky Bet League Two and Emirates FA Cup matches.
Bevis Mugabi could also return following his spell on the sidelines after seeing red at Carlisle United.

On the weekend, Derek Adams’ team lost 1-0 at Portsmouth courtesy of a howler from Norwich City loanee Remi Matthews, allowing Kal Naismith an easy goal.
Graham Carey is the Devon outfit’s main man; his set pieces will be a threat as well as his trickery across the attacking line.

Yeovil came out on top in the last encounter between the two sides.
Defenders Nathan Smith and Alex Lacey both netted just past the hour back in January, with Jakub Sokolik scoring a consolation.
Since 2004, the Glovers have only won two other games against Plymouth – a League Cup tie in 2004 and a League One victory six years ago.
Argyle secured three points in two of the other four meetings (D2).

Brett Huxtable will be the man in the middle on Tuesday – it will be the Devon-based referee’s 20th game of the campaign.
He has issued 63 yellow cards and one red so far, refereeing four Checkatrade Trophy games to date.
Mr Huxtable officiated two Yeovil games last term – the 2-1 home win over Colchester United and the Valentine’s Day draw against Cambridge United.
He will be supported by Kevin Morris (Herefordshire) and Christopher Husband (Worcestershire) with Simon Knapp (Bristol) acting as fourth official.
