1st May 2015

Excitement is beginning to grow around Huish Park as this Sunday will see the stadium turned into a hive of activity as the club welcomes the Pedal from Paris cyclists back from their long ride for Charity.

Not only that though!
Sunday will also see the return of several former Glovers favourites including Tony Pounder and David Piper. Who could ever forget those two Piper goals against Horsham in the FA Cup run that ended at Bolton Wanderers?
Tony Pounder on the other hand is now better known for his exploits keeping the Opta Data and is a regular visitor to the Huish Park Press Box.
Also expected are Al-James Hannigan, Paul Thorpe, Steve Thompson, Gerry Pearson, Adi Foster, Warren Patmore, Mickey Spencer, Terry Cotton, Ben Smith, Tom White, Kevin Gall, Andy Lindegaard, Paul Terry, Roy O’Brien and Tony Pennock making it possibly the largest reunion of former Yeovil players back at the club for many years.
In addition there will be a Beer Festival which starts on Thursday evening from 7.00 pm to 11.00pm with different real ales on sale over the course of the festival as well as a great selection of cider available.

On the main pitch at Huish Park there will be games all day.
The cyclists are scheduled to return to the stadium at around 2pm, so why not come along and enjoy the beer festival and welcome back the cyclists.

Sunday 3rd May will be Family Fun Day with the Pedal from Paris cyclists returning from their epic charity bike ride.

All beers will be priced at just £2.50 per pint and there will also be a hog roast along with live music throughout the four days.
