First thing first, we had not one, but two winners this past Saturday!

We tipped a Middlesbrough, Preston and Wycombe treble that paid 9/1 and then suggested that Andy Williams was a value price at 7/4 to score in the Yeovil v Swindon game.

So we’re under pressure to find back to back winners this midweek.

Starting in the Championship and we are starting with a flash back to Saturday.

We backed Middlesbrough to beat Brighton and got it spot on, and so once more, we are taking on Sami Hyypia’s Brighton side by backing Huddersfield.

Huddersfield are unbeaten in four games and have won their last two on home soil with new manager Chris Powell adding some much needed reinvigoration to the Yorkshire side.

As for Brighton, defeat to ‘Boro on Saturday was just the latest in a long line of disappointments and their away form is actual worse than their home form.

They’ve drawn two and lost two on the road and this is a match of two sides heading in very different directions.

Huddersfield to beat Brighton at 8/5

In League One, I’m not going to look any further than the top of the table side taking the rest of the division by storm.

Bristol City are flying, second in the form table (top of the actual table) and still without a defeat all season they are the team for everyone to aspire to.

At home, their form is scary. Played six, won five, drawn one, scoring 13 in the process.

They face Bradford City who haven’t had it their own way recently.

They lost against Sheffield United on Saturday evening and the extremely quick turnaround may have a negative effect.

They also had their captain Stephen Darby sent off, so he will be missing for Tuesday’s game.

That was their second defeat on the spin and with a journey to the form side on the horizon, I think it might be a while longer before they get back to winning ways.

Bristol City to beat Bradford at 8/13

Finally into League Two and we’re now looking at backing probably the in-form side in the country.

Luton Town have won their last five league games, no defeat in seven and that run of form has come with the added bonus of a +7 goal difference from the last six games.

They host Dagenham and Redbridge who succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Newport at the weekend and have been very much hit and miss in their performance.

Their six game form guide goes; Loss, Draw, Win, Loss, Win, Loss. That kind of inconsistency is the type of form sides like Luton are punishing.

Luton are into a great habit of winning and with home fans right behind them I can only see a home win.

Luton to beat Dagenham and Redbridge at 7/10

This all means we have a treble a little more conservative than we are used to but still with combined odds of over 6/1.

A £5 treble returns £35.70.

As ever, this is just a suggested stake and you back to a level that suits you.

YTFC SPECIAL

The last time Yeovil and Sheffield United met it was quite an extraordinary match in the Play Off semi-final of 2013.

The key to the Glovers success that day was the way that they started the match and the same could apply this Tuesday night.

So there are two bets that jump out at me.

Yeovil to score the first goal is available at 13/8 but that could be at any time, so we’re going to back an early strike.

It’s 3/1 that the first goal comes in the first ten minutes – this is value for Yeovil who are out to get the points that performances have deserved and United who will have a point to prove against the side that dumped them out of another play off campaign.
