After a pretty disastrous start to my tipping career – who saw that Bolton result at Leeds coming? – We’re back and looking for some winners in Tuesday night’s football league action.

Firstly in the Championship, Blackpool have been on a horrible run and this Tuesday night they host fellow strugglers Millwall.

Millwall recorded a brilliant win away at Derby on Saturday and can be backed to repeat that feat at a tasty 2/1.

However, it’s make or break time for Blackpool as well, it’s possible that these two sides are going to cancel each other out, some I’m putting this one down as a draw.

Blackpool v Millwall – DRAW @ 9/4

Staying in the division and two sides who were involved in somewhat surprising results at the weekends meet in Derby.

The Rams host Bolton who thrashed Leeds at the weekend.

Bolton have scored nine goals in their last two games and Yeovil fans know all too well about the scoring prowess of Derby County.

So, I’m not playing the result market here, but suggesting that you simply select the “Yes” option under the “Both teams to score” market.

Derby v Bolton – Both to score, “YES” @ 4/6

Into League One and we’re going to get a little bit adventurous.

Brentford host Tranmere and the two sides are currently going through a very different spell.

The Bees are flying at the top of the table while Tranmere are sat dangerously close to the bottom three.

It would be too easy to back the London side and to be honest the odds of 2/5 are hardly the tempting odds.

But if you think that Brentford will win and win comfortably, then you can back them on the handicap market.

Giving Tranmere a one goal head start will give you odds of 6/5, so long as the home side win by more than one goal, then the bet is a winner.

Brentford v Tranmere – Brentford (-1 Handicap) @ 6/5

One more from this division and it may be a bit of a surprise, so some may want to leave this one out.

Stevenage’s win over Tranmere on Saturday stretched their unbeaten run to five games and on Tuesday they host Preston North End.

Preston are playing well themselves, but with Graham Westley in charge of Stevenage, he’d love nothing more than to get one over on his old side.

It’s a home win for me here, Preston will have a long drive on their hands and could end up going home with nothing.

Stevenage v Preston – Stevenage win @ 21/10

For my final selection it’s time to drop into League Two.

It’s a mid-table clash down at the Memorial Ground as Bristol Rovers host Dagenham and Redbridge.

The Daggers were in the South West at the weekend as they drew 2-2 with Exeter, but it’s the Gas who are heading in an upward trajectory.

A 2-1 win over promotion chasing Plymouth topped off a decent run of results over recent weeks.

So, here’s another home win, with odds of 21/20 it’s not the shortest priced side on the midweek coupon either.

Bristol Rovers v Dagenham and Redbridge – Bristol Rovers win @ 21/20

Place just £5 on these five results and you’ll get a return of £378!

THE YTFC SPECIAL

As for goings on at Huish Park, my Yeovil special bet can only really surround one man.

Ishmael Miller’s brace at the weekend secured a fantastic win against Sheffield Wednesday.

The Nottingham Forest loanee can be backed to score first at 6/1, to score at any time at 7/4 or what about a repeat of his weekend antics?

A Miller brace is 10/1 and if takes home the match ball, it returns a nice 50/1.

But, Sky Bet offer a “Wincast” bet.

So, for Ishmael Miller to score at any time in the match and the Glovers to go on and win the game is priced up at 100/30.

That’s over 3/1 and that’s far too good to turn down on both his, and Yeovil’s, current form.
