It may be crunch time for many teams in the Sky Bet Football League, but that with teams playing for points we can try and play for some pounds and we’ve found five teams to pop in those weekend accumulators.

Rovers have all but secured their safety from the drop zone in the Sky Bet Championship with a decent run of form.

They lie 3rd in the form table and are unbeaten in six games at home.

They host Birmingham on Saturday and the Blues have been on a downward trajectory for a while now.

Lee Clarke’s men have lost four in their last six and so it’s a home win here.

Doncaster v Birmingham – Doncaster win @ 7/5

Next up is a result that will go down very well with Yeovil fans.

I’m backing Charlton’s recent run to come to an abrupt end when Reading come to town.

The Royals have won four of their last five game and travel to the Valley to face a Charlton side who haven’t had a gap in fixtures for a very long time – fitness must start playing a part.

The Addicks also lost last time out at home and so, at the prices, the 7/5 for Reading is bar far the better value.

Charlton v Reading  – Reading win @ 7/5

The first selection from League One is the side top of the form table.

Rotherham United, fired by former Glover Kieran Agard are unbeaten in six and their opponents on Saturday, Gillingham haven’t been brilliant at home all season.

The Gills lost time out on their home patch and so it’s the South Yorkshire side for me and at a shade of odds on they still add value to the picks.

Gillingham v Rotherham – Rotherham win @ 10/11

The next selection is somewhat of a brave one, but the Milton Keynes Dons have been in brilliant form on their travels recently.

In fact, the Dons have won their last four consecutive away games and they’re on the road again as they travel to Coventry – well, Northampton.

Coventry have never really felt at home in their adopted stadium this season and with few fans backing them over 60 miles from their geographical base, their lack of a 12th man may play into the Dons’ hands.

Coventry v MK Dons – MK Dons win @ 17/10

Top of the table Rochdale travel to the form side in the country in York and I can’t see past and entertaining draw for this one.

York are unbeaten in a very, very long time and have topped the form table for the last couple of months, but Rochdale have recently gained top spot and they won’t want to give it away to Scunthorpe this weekend.

Both these sides also drew their last fixture, something which may play on their minds in an attempt to avoid defeat and go for the full three points.

Two sides with lots to play for and two sides who could cancel each other out in a high scoring affair.

York v Rochdale – draw @ 5/2

Adding that draw in at the end bumps up the returns significantly and so a £5 Acca will return over £500.

A 100/1 accumulator would be very much a great way to sign off a Saturday with three points for the Glovers and maybe even a Grand National Winner!

YTFC SPECIAL
The Glovers travel to Blackpool this weekend knowing that nothing less than a win will be acceptable in the race for survival.

‘Pool are the slight favourites for the game, at 21/20 with a Yeovil win priced at 5/2.

It was a 1-0 win for Yeovil earlier in the season with a goal from a loan midfielder, what about a repeat of that result for the Glovers again?

Joe Ralls to score first and Yeovil to win 1-0 is at 66/1, swap Ralls for Tom Lawrence and you’re looking at 55/1.

Lawrence has been one of the most exciting attacking players in green and white recently but is yet to break his duck since moving to Somerset.

So, my bet of the day is to focus on the Man Utd loanee.

Lawrence to score any time in a Yeovil win is 13/2.
