30th July 2014

Whoever said life isn’t a dress rehearsal was lying. This August Yeovil Town is supporting Prostate Cancer UK in celebrating the opening fixtures of the 2014/15 Football League season with a #Shirt2Work day as part of The Football League’s ‘Wall of Colour’ initiative.

Prostate Cancer UK has formed one of the most formidable teams in the country – Men United. We’re encouraging Town fans to sign for Men United with a fun Friday fundraiser to give prostate cancer a real beating this season. With the new season kicking off on 9th August, it’s time to let everyone know in your office who you support.

It’s really quite simple. Ask your colleagues in the office to wear their favourite club’s shirt or colours on your chosen #Shirt2Work day. And ask them to donate £2. The money raised will go towards helping to revolutionise the way prostate cancer is detected and treated.
