3rd September 2020

Yeovil Town are pleased to confirm the 2020/21 Season Ticket details as we prepare to welcome the loyal Green Army to Huish Park once again.

The club has been helped immensely in its planning for reduced capacity games at the start of next season by the incredible response to our recent season ticket holder survey, which saw over 600 responses. From those responses it was clear that the vast majority of the Green and White army just want to see their Glovers back in action and are prepared to be flexible on items like exact seating locations etc.

Thanks to your support and help we can now answer all your season ticket FAQs!

What will the reduced capacity of Huish Park be?

Until advised by the authorities we cannot confirm this figure, so for the time being season ticket sales will be capped at 1,500 (although we anticipate our reduced capacity will be higher than this figure).

How can the club and fans work together to maximise the number of fans who can watch games at Huish Park?

A shared responsibility will be the key to allowing the return of supporters under step five of the Governments plan for the return of live sport. Further guidance will be provided to supporters when it becomes available.

It will be vital that supporters work with the club to ensure their safety and the continuation of supporters being allowed to attend matches.  A new spectators code of conduct will be produced to provide supporters with basic information they will need in order to return to Huish Park.

Working within the current COVID 19 guidance will mean initially that we are unable to guarantee existing season ticket holders the same places inside the ground as they are used to. We understand the importance and history attached for many supporters to certain seats or areas of the ground and it is very much our intention to return season ticket holders to their preferred spaces as soon as COVID 19 guidance allows us to. However, getting people back to Huish Park will require the help and understanding of our amazing supporters and require us to move many to different areas than they have previously been used to. We will also ask that where it is possible, supporters sit or stand with Family members or group themselves with members of a social bubble. This help from season ticket holders will be vital if we are to return as many people to Huish Park for the 2020-21 season

How will tickets go on sale?

We will ask existing supporters to renew their season tickets based upon the same details as last year. At renewal stage you will also be asked to confirm any existing season ticket holders that you could sit or stand next to as part of a family or social bubble or whether you will attend games on your own.

Once the renewal period closes we will then work to place you as close to your original ticket details as we can within the adjustments for social distancing Please note that while we endeavour to get every supporter as close as we can to their original place, there will inevitably need to be movement and it is likely that there may need to be an adjustment to your current ticket details. Where a season ticket needs to be moved in accordance with Social Distancing rules, we will aim firstly to move to a seat within the same Block. If this is not possible then we will try our hardest to move your ticket no further than one Block away from the original position. Once we have allocated these positions, we will then contact all supporters to confirm their allocated seat/stand.

All renewals will be available to purchase online and we ask that supporters renew through the website where possible as the ticket office is currently running on reduced staff.

In line with our child welfare policy we will now require all under 12’s to be accompanied by an adult. A new under 12 ticket categories is now available and will only be sold with an accompanying adult/senior ticket. In any incidence of an existing season ticket holder being under 12 and requiring an accompanying adult please contact the ticket office (info@ytfc.net) for further details.

What Priorities Apply to Season Ticket Sales?

Sales will initially be restricted to renewals of existing season tickets only for the first two weeks of.

After the second week we will then pause sales whilst we contact supporters about any required amendments to seat positions.

Once the number of renewals has been determined and we have established how all existing season ticket holders can be grouped we will then be able to determine the capacity available for general sale by the third week of sales and will open to new season ticket purchases if there is available capacity under the Local authorities current guidance.

Supporters should note that all sales are subject to the latest government COVID-19 guidance and that we maybe required to change arrangements in line with any new guidance if issued.

When will season tickets go on sale?

Season tickets will be available from next week.

What is the season ticket pricing?

Early bird

This year, for seated season ticket holders the early bird season ticket value works out at £13 a game (A saving of SEVEN free games).

Supporters who like to keep Huish park rocking in the Thatchers Gold Stand can enjoy the early bird price of just £10 a match (the value of EIGHT free games).

What season ticket holder bonuses are there this season?

The Yeovil Town season ticket is not just access to the National League action, it’s much more than that!

  • The latest strip: Every kids season ticket (U16, U12) comes with the latest Yeovil Town shirt!
  • Instalment pay: Following feedback from the Supporters Alliance, we are setting up a facility with a financial partner for fans who wish to pay in instalments.
  • Priority booking: Early access to cup and play-off match tickets.
  • Money off: Season Ticket holders will enjoy 10% off in the club shop.

Am I guaranteed to get my usual spot at Huish Park?

Due to the social distancing that will likely be required at early games, we cannot guarantee that season ticket holders will have their normal seat in the Screwfix or Main Stand, however we will endeavour to ensure as many supporters as possible are in their usual seats.

We are very grateful for fans understanding on this point.

Will single game tickets be available for reduced capacity games?

We cannot guarantee this at the moment as this depends on the total amount of season tickets sold and the reduced capacity applied to the ground. If they are available for individual games during the reduced capacity period, it is highly like that the club will have to either limit the number of concession match day tickets sold or apply higher prices for some price bands.
