Defender Nathan Smith arrived at Huish Park for his second spell with Yeovil at the beginning of the 2014/15 season.
Smith, who was signed from non-league Potters Bar in 2008, became an instant hit with the Glovers faithful going on to make 119 appearances scoring once – a 30-yard rocket against Stockport.
The 27-year-old joined Chesterfield at the start of the 2011/12 season and spent three years with The Spireites being named Players' and Supporters' Player of the Season for the 2012/13 campaign.
Smith, who has two caps for Jamaica, signed a two-year deal with Yeovil at the beginning of the 2014/15 season, and extended his second spell with the Glovers by a further year ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.
