Yeovil Town will be looking to build on last Saturday's creditable draw with Oldham Athletic when they travel north again to take on Notts County at Meadow Lane tomorrow afternoon.
The Glovers exited the Johnstone's Paint Trophy to Exeter City on Tuesday night despite playing well for large parts of the game but they conceded two late goals to go down by three goals to one.
The League form though has been pretty good with three decent performances out of four this season and last weekend's point at Oldham will give Town fans travelling tomorrow optimism that they can bring something back with them.
The Magpies have had a mixed start to the season. In npower League One, they have an identical record to Yeovil with a win, a draw and two defeats in their four games so far. The victory came over fellow promoted side Dagenham & Redbridge while the draw was last Saturday at Bournemouth; a 3-3 thriller that saw County come from three goals down to snatch a point.
That was the third time in four League games that they had conceded three as their two defeats (to Huddersfield and Oldham) were 3-0 losses.
In the Johnstone's Paint Trophy this week they lost 2-1 to Sheffield Wednesday but they remain in the Carling Cup after two impressive away wins at Plymouth Argyle and Watford.
Sam Williams will begin his three game ban tomorrow after being sent off against Exeter on Tuesday night giving manager Terry Skiverton food for thought in his forwards department.
