Yeovil Town's 4-0 victory over Hartlepool on Saturday was enjoyed by the vast majority of the Huish Park crowd, away fans excepted of course.
However for five-year-old supporter Logan Charles, the day was an extra special one as he was one of the mascots that led the team out.
Logan, who lives in Ilminster, is a keen supporter and also enjoys riding his bike, playing football and fishing.
This morning, we received this message from Logan's grandmother Nita about his afternoon at Huish Park, with special thanks to Dave Parsons and Marilyn Cottle.
"I felt I had to email you and thank you and your team at Yeovil Town Football Club for such a memorable day, not only for my grandson but for all the family; the way we were met and welcomed to Yeovil Town was amazing.
With Logan only being 5 years old, I wondered whether he would be too young for this experience, but there was nothing to worry about. From when he walked in the door of the Yeovil Town offices he was treated like royalty and he enjoyed every moment of the experience from playing on the pitch to looking around the stadium and the best part was meeting the players and walking on the pitch with them.
If anyone asked me if they should let their child be a mascot I would say don't hesitate - it is the best thing in the world and will be a lasting memory not only for Logan but for all the family.
Thank you so much for making his birthday.
It's not too late for your child to be a mascot for this season. Please call Dave Linney on 01935 847872 or email him on dlinney@ytfc.net
