Yeovil Town's Community Sports Trust have stepped up their activity by confirming a series of football skills training sessions around the area.
The sessions are localted in Yeovil, Chard, Crewkerne, Ilminster and South Petherton and are run in conjunction with a steering group involving the Avon & Somerset Police, the Royal Navy, South Somerset District Council and two housing associations.
The training offers children from 8-18 the chance to enjoy sessions on their doorstep, play tournaments against other areas and for those good enough, progression to the Yeovil Town FC Development Centre.
The sessions are being held at the following places...
Monday: Swanmead School multi-use games area, Ilminster. 5pm to 6pm.
Tuesday: The Recreation Field, South Petherton. 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Wednesday: Henson Park, Chard. 5pm to 6pm;
Wednesday: Milford Park multi-use game area, Milford, Yeovil. 6pm to 7pm.
Wednesday: Henhayes Playing Field, Crewkerne. 6pm to 7pm.
Thursday: Westfield Grove multi-use games area 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Thursday: Tennis Courts, Reckleford School, Yeovil. 5.30pm to 6.30pm
New sessions will be coming soon to Martock and the Birchfield area of Yeovil.
