Official Statement from the club chairman

It is clearly obvious from the dire financial state of clubs around us we are currently operating under very tough conditions and in order for Yeovil Town FC to compete at the highest level there will be many changes at Huish Park over the next few months.

Our club depends upon the honesty and commitment of its staff working together on very limited resources. Trust and integrity are essential ingredients in the running of any business. This is now being tested in our football club at the highest level.

I am sure my judgement and sense of fairness will be questioned many times. However I can assure our fans I will not buckle or shirk from my responsibilities when difficult decisions have to be made. There will be changes but at the end of the process our club will be stronger and fitter to compete in today's football world and our credibility as a business will be maintained.

I appeal to our fans for understanding and support during these difficult times.
