As with every other opening weekend to the season since entering the Football League in 2003, Yeovil Town this year start their campaign away from home, travelling up to Yorkshire to take on Huddersfield Town.
Both clubs have added to their squads over the summer, and as a consequence two quite different teams will take to the field from those that competed back in January when the clubs last met.
The Terriers of course, changed their manager towards the end of last season, bringing in former Oldham Athletic manager Andy Ritchie to replace the departed Peter Jackson.
Ritchie has had a busy summer, with the likes of Danny Cadamarteri and Malvin Kamara joining the ranks.
On paper, they look stronger than last year, but it won't be clear until the rigours of the season start, as to how they will perform in the league.
They have been impressive in pre-season, with a recent 2-1 victory over Premiership Blackburn Rovers and an impressive 4-0 at Mansfield Town heading the list of good wins.
The Glovers have also done well in pre-season, although perhaps the results have not reflected the good performances.
However, they had set themselves a tough programme, taking on the likes of Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle and Cardiff City.
Despite not beating any of them, Russell Slade was still happy with how his team competed, and was equally impressed with his team playing good football against Bristol City and Torquay United.
There were a number of high profile departures from Huish Park during the summer, but the manager has replaced them with quality players, with the likes of Lloyd Owusu, Gary Dempsey, Marvin Williams and Paul Warne joining the squad.
They seem to be gelling well and the Gaffer will be hoping to go one step further this season and gain promotion to the Championship.

Lee Morris - Opening goal last January |
This will be the seventh league meeting between the two clubs.
The famous 2-1 victory up at Huddersfield in April 2006 will be long remembered by Yeovil fans as the match virtually secured safety at the end of the club's first season in League One.
Yeovil have pushed on well since then, doing the double over the Terriers last season.
The first encounter saw the Glovers beat the home side 3-2 at the Galpharm Stadium in September last year, with Morris, Davies and Cohen scoring for Yeovil.
The sides met again in January, live on Sky TV and again Yeovil came out winners, beating Huddersfield 3-1.
Russell Slade's side raced to a 3-0 half time lead. Lee Morris scored the first goal, slipping the ball past the goalkeeper from 15-yards.
Leon Best added to the tally on 22 minutes when he received a breathtaking pass from Chris Cohen launching a superb shot that gave their 'keeper no chance.
The third goal arrived on 36 minutes and surprisingly came in the shape of an own goal, but scored under pressure by the unlucky Aaron Hardy, who slipped it past his goalkeeper following a Lee Morris cross.
Huddersfield scored a consolation goal in the second half, but the damage had already been done and the Glovers had notched up one of the great victories of last season.

Terry Skiverton - Groin injury |
Having missed the Torquay game through a back injury, Paul Warne has returned to fitness and will be in contention for a place.
Unfortunately, neither Gary Dempsey nor Terry Skiverton will take part in the game.
Dempsey has fractured one of his metatarsals and will be out for up to two months, whilst Skiverton has injured his groin and although the results of the scan today are yet to determine how long he will be out for, he will definitely miss tomorrow's game.
