Craig joined the Glovers on a one year deal after impressing manager Terry Skiverton in pre-season.
The 19-year-old product of the Ipswich Town youth setup has been involved with the Glovers in their pre-season schedule and has looked lively when coming off the bench late in games.
Craig was born in Cambridge and spent his early teen years at Portman Road where he scored goals in the third team, the youth and the reserve teams but he never made a first team appearance.
He left to join Southend United in March 2009 and was a prolific forward for their under-18 side hitting 23 goals but he didn't make it into the first team for a competitive game.
Last season he was loaned out to Ryman League sides St Albans City and Braintree Town before joining AFC Sudbury later in the campaign.
