Kieran began his career as an academy player at Charlton Athletic. He signed for Fisher Athletic in November 2007 and was named young player of the year during the 2007/ 08 season after making a total of 21 appearances for them scoring one goal.
The former Charlton Academy youngster attracted attention from a number of Football League clubs including Nottingham Forest and Brentford before being invited to spend two days on trial with Premiership side Fulham.
Kieran was due to spend pre-season with the Craven Cottage side but signed a two year deal to join Yeovil in June 2008.
He scored a stunning thirty-yard goal at Huddersfield in September 2009 and followed up with another against Carlisle.
